Supporting Sustainable Food Systems: Quality Food and Ethical Consumption
We cordially welcome researchers, students, policy makers, community activists, and practitioners. Attendees of the APSAFE2020 conference will explore the ethical dimensions of quality food consumption and production, share the knowledge for a sustainable food future, and tackle wicked problems in the current food system through presentation and networking opportunities. To foster mutual learning and generates new insights for a sustainable future, we chose a non-real time format that utilizes Slack and YouTube .You can participate in the wonderful discussions at any time you like (you are not obligated to log in every day for two weeks.)
Justice and Food Security in a Changing Climate
The 16th Congress of the European Society for Agricultural and Food Ethics, will take place from 24-26 June 2021 at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, hosted by the University of Fribourg Environmental Sciences and Humanities Institute (UniFR_ESH Institute). EurSafe 2021 will be a forum for discussing ethical issues around food and agriculture, including production, processing, wholesale, consumption, marketing as well as policy and health issues.
